本期相关-古巴鸡尾酒————Mojito
Ingredients:
. 2-3oz light rum
. Juice of 1 lime (1oz)
. 2 tsp brown sugar
. 2-4 mint sprigs
. 3 lime wedges
. Soda water
Mixing instructions:
Lightly muddle the mint, sugar and fresh lime with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve send you smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum and shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water, Garnish with mint spring and lime wedge.(all fruit mojito add fresh fruit juice, Garnish with fresh fruit)virgin mojito is without alcohol.
配方：
2-3盎司朗姆酒
1盎司柠檬汁
2-3粒方糖
2-4片薄荷叶
3-4块柠檬角
苏打水，冰块。
做法：
highball杯子里放入薄荷叶，糖，柠檬角捣碎。加入碎冰（多加点），朗姆酒，苏打水，也可以稍微加一点雪碧。上面放薄荷叶或者柠檬皮装饰。（原料要新鲜的）
