当4E跳出来标榜平衡的时候，因为平衡性而争吵就变得非常正常了 - -

Ki Focus gives the +1to hit/tier and +1/tier to damage against bloodied enemies


and Holy Symbol makes you not grant CA unless you use a power or provoke it yourself, when you use a power with the symbol.  So flanking doesn't grant ca, but if you moved through an enemies area you would, or if you used a power like some of the barbarian ones that grant CA to enemies.
